A new balance test reflects the demands of rhythmic gymnastics

Promising initial findings
In 12 gymnasts, repeated measurements showed high reliability (ICC 0.96). The test incorporates sport-specific demands rather than assessing general balance alone.
The authors call for a larger sample before broader conclusions. The paper is a KinezIQ output; its funding statement acknowledges the project’s support for publication costs.
